- I try and go every year, even as the show gets bigger and bigger. It is difficult to schedule around work, but this year, no problem ... NO WORK (at least not for me yet). We have been doing the r.a.m.p.s. party every year for at least the last 15 years or so (I've lost count) and it is always an enjoyable and lively affair. This year at Dragonfly's (right next to Firefly's where he have had it several years in a row). I believe we're on for Tuesday night, April 21

Great choice, Michael. Now stock up on lithium batts, or NP-1s. Phantom power eats them up quick. Regards,

Comment by Rob Lewis on February 7, 2009 at 8:39am - Michael, seems you have a good shotgun mic and plenty or wireless, but I might suggest replacing the FP33's with a Sound Devices 302, or even 442 for multi cam shoots.
