Reality TV pays my mortgage! I've spent hours in the hallways of the nicest hotels in the world.... thanks to reality TV. This is the place to talk about YOUR experiences, share gear ideas & finally embrace TV's ignored step-child. Finally!
challenges indeed, i can imagine. I'm using a fostex pd606 and I monaged to get hold of a sonosax sx-s mixer. didn't have the €20000 or so for the sx-st but hey, the sx-s is great. good luck with the nanny and everything that comes with it, I'll say hi to CT for you.
No, not working with Ivan now, maybe a bit later on in the year, still finishing my own job at the moment. Reality TV can't be that bad...can it??? anyway, looking forward to some sun and good times in Cape Town. Hope NY warms up for you. Cheers
Hi Jon, how's things? all good here, just finishing mixing a show for sky tv, heading to the sunny cape next week. I think there's a good chance I'll bump into Jacques while I'm there. Hope New York is treating you well.
Take it easy

Howzit Jonathan.
Have just finished Master Harold and the Boys (based Athol Fugard play) and Jacques and I are continuing with the NBC series "The Philanthropist" with my new 8-track Sound Devices. Whoopee. There seems to be a good amount of work around here. Entertainment industry seems to be surviving.
Enjoy New York. Good hearing from you.
Cheers
Thanks for joining up --- this is all a grand experiment (possibly geared for my enjoyment) and the usefulness of this sort of network has not yet been fully revealed
